Webinar: Leadership in voluntary organisations

On Friday 20 October 2017, the Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership held a webinar on leadership and collaboration.

Drawing on their research and work in the voluntary sector, Dr Carol Jacklin-Jarvis spoke about why a collaborative approach to leadership might be particularly relevant for voluntary organisations.

Dr Owain Smolovic-Jones talked about leadership development, focusing on democratic approaches to leadership and collective forms of leadership development.
