Sarah is the strategic and operational lead for employability at ARU (Anglia Ruskin University). As a large, post 92 university ARU is committed to widening participation and inclusion. Until 2011, Sarah worked in the commercial sector building experience and expertise in manufacturing management, planning and procurement, transitioning into recruitment and career coaching in 2006. Since moving into the HE sector in 2011, she has worked to refine strategic priorities and influence change at all levels of the university. Her commitment to integrating employability into the curriculum and championing the case for professional services to work in alliance with academic departments and student representatives in this context, has resulted in a number of co-delivered key initiatives being successfully rolled out at ARU.
