Browser compatibility

OpenMark is supported by Internet Explorer (versions 8, 9 and 10), Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome on Microsoft Windows and by Safari on an Apple Macintosh.

Dragging of words, images and markers, is not currently supported on touch screen devices. Nor are subscript and superscript input. Attending to these shortcomings is important to us.

The onus is on the student to use a supported browser. Students choosing to use other browsers will receive warning messages that their browsers are not supported, however these students are allowed to continue.
