MPTL provides an annual forum to exchange information and ideas about the on-screen tools available or in development and pedagogical evaluations of them.  It addresses all levels of study.  

• Conference topics will include:
• Designing multimedia (MM) for teaching/learning physics and science in general
• Animations, simulations
• Immersive Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality
• Use of video in education and empirical research
• Multimedia for the teaching and learning process
• Remote laboratories and remote observatories
• Computer-controlled apparatus: on-line computer measurements and remote labs
• E-learning and distance learning
• Integration of MM materials in physics teaching and learning
• Learning Management Systems in physics education

The format of the meeting combines plenary presentations, specially themed symposia and interactive workshops.
