eSTEeM Community Event
In this session, we will give an introductory overview of scholarship research methods before focusing on how to successfully construct surveys as a method for carrying out research into STEM teaching and learning. We will provide guidance on designing appropriate questions, the practicalities of employing them in an OU context and an introduction to analysing the data collected.

About the facilitator
Facilitated by Mark Jones
Mark Jones is a Senior Lecturer, Staff Tutor and Deputy Director of eSTEeM. He has a long-standing interest in the use of new technologies in teaching and the wide-ranging effects that technological innovations can have on learners and learning communities.
