Alex Gray at Cove and Kilcreggan Book Festival 2024

Susan Stewart, Director of The Open University in Scotland, is delighted to be chairing Alex Gray's appearance at the Cove & Kilcreggan Book Festival 2024.

Alex Gray is one of Scotland’s favourite crime writers. Her DCI Lorimer series has now sold more than a million copies worldwide.

The latest book in this hugely successful series is Out of Darkness which was published earlier this year. She is the co-founder of Bloody Scotland, the national crime writing festival based in Stirling.

Tickets (£8) for this event can be purchased on the Cove Burgh Hall website.

There is a wide range of free learning on creative writing on the OU's OpenLearn site, such as 'Start Writing Fiction'.
