Elevate Equity conference panel

Our Elevate Equity event brought together a number of leading experts in diversity and inclusion to The Open University’s campus in Milton Keynes. In front of a live and virtual hybrid audience, three panels talked about the role of equity in the workplace.

The sessions looked at the recruitment and attraction process, the role of learning and development, and how equitable processes can power better business outcomes.

The three sessions were hosted by diversity thought leader and broadcaster, June Sarpong OBE, who invited the experts to share their viewpoints on delivering equity at work and questions from the audience were answered throughout.

You can now watch all three discussions on-demand using the links below.

Equity is the process of acknowledging and responding to differences and finding ways to level the playing field.

Inequity in the workplace manifests itself in different ways and we’re going to explore this throughout today’s conference and also give you practical advice on how to elevate equity within your organisation and workplace strategy.
