This webinar is jointly hosted by Voluntary Sector Studies Network (VSSN) and the Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership (CVSL) at The Open University.

It is an immensely challenging time to be in a senior role in a voluntary sector organisation. This webinar will focus on strategies for leaders in these roles, as Dr Pat Armstrong shares findings from her research and gives a taster for her forthcoming book on holistic leadership resilience. After a long career working with sector leaders, and subsequently completing a doctorate, Pat has developed a framework for “Holistic Leadership Resilience”. Pat argues for a whole-life approach and will explore whether the sector could be leading the way in this new thinking in discussion with Dr Carol Jacklin-Jarvis, a previous Director of the Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership.
