Webinar: Is collaborative leadership inclusive leadership?

In this webinar held on 23 July 2019, organised by the Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership, we were joined by special guest Fozia Irfan, CEO of Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation. Here, she explores the idea of collaborative leadership in more depth and asks whether collaborative leadership is particularly appropriate for the voluntary sector, and whether it is also a practice that is inclusive. Fozia also emphasises how critical collaboration is to her organisation's role as a civil society funder.
