Your first 90 days

Regular Catch-Ups

Continued support - As you progress you will continue to meet with your line manager for regular catch ups. The primary aim of these meetings is to offer continued support in your role but it is also a good time to discuss work developments, check progress against objectives and raise any concerns you may have.

Probation Review

Integration into the role - All new staff are subject to a probationary period, the length of your probationary period varies based on role but will be clearly available for you to access in SuccessFactors in the staff system. During the probation review your line manager will discuss your progress against the objectives you set in your regular one-to-one meetings. Notes on this discussion will be recorded and will go on to form the foundation of your Career Development and Staff Appraisal (CDSA).

CDSA and Growth Planning

Action planning and Growth going forward - As you progress in your role you will have conversations with your line manager around growth planning. Your line manager will work with you to identify learning opportunities and embed these within a tailored CDSA framework that you can use to inspire and ensure continued success in your role.
