Our Employer Engagement team is part of the Careers and Employability Services at The Open University. The team connects a growing network of employers with OU students and alumni and also helps to thread the employer voice throughout the student journey.

Internships team

The Internships team are here to support you if you choose to hire an OU intern. Internships can be a great option for your organisation as you can access fresh talent to bring new ideas to your business. Internships can be workplace-based, hybrid or virtual and full-time or part-time, allowing for flexibility around your needs and commitments.

Our Employer Engagement leads based in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are here to support you if you're based in one of their nations or want to get involved with students or graduates on a national level.
