A survey of general awareness and attitudes about genetic testing and genetic research

We are currently conducting some research on attitudes towards genetic testing, via a short 3-5 minute survey. The information from this survey will be used as part of a study to help us understand more about awareness on genetic testing and genetics research in our communities.
