What this lab helps me to achieve
pellet solid samples from solution
separate cell lysate or tissue lysate based on size, shape, density or viscosity
isolate small particles such as ribosomes, proteins and viruses
isolate cellular components on density gradients
isolate organelles and membranes using differential centrifugation
Who can use it
training will be provided for high and ultra-speed centrifuges
