If you have any technical problems with logging in, please contact the Service Desk via AskIT or call on 01908 654321. 

Getting help with IT problems

• When submitting a ticket via AskIT, use 'Report an Incident' if something is broken and stopping your working. Flag that you are a Postgraduate Research Student in the ticket title.
• Some systems have special support routes:
  • For PGR Manager (once you're logged in), phone 01908 653806 with any problems or email PGRManager@open.ac.uk.
  • For access to Research Skills, email Graduate-School@open.ac.uk. 
  • To be added to a PGR Microsoft Team, email Graduate-School@open.ac.uk.
