The Welsh Language Standards ensure individuals in Wales can access services in Welsh when they get in touch with public bodies and organisations including The Open University.
The OU has long adopted the principle that in the conduct of public business in Wales, we treat the English and Welsh languages on a basis of equality. We see the Welsh Language Standards as an opportunity to build on this and we are committed to achieving compliance and to continue to deliver quality services through the medium of Welsh.
The links below provide further information on how the OU will comply with the standards and how you can tell us when things go wrong.
