The winner of the 2018 Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) Helen Dowie Award for Lifelong Learning is Lisa McGuinness from HMRC.  The award is sponsored by The Open University in Scotland and will be presented by the Rt Hon Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister of Scotland.

Open University in Scotland Celebrates 50th Anniversary at Degree Ceremony

The OU is marking a historic milestone as it celebrates the 50th anniversary of its first-ever degree ceremony in Scotland. This year’s event will see 660 graduates cross the stage in Glasgow.
