The OpenSkills Academy is The Open University in Wales’ service for employers who want easy access to staff development opportunities.

We believe that accessing learning for your employees should be quick, meet your needs and be available regardless of budget, location, or sector. Working with the OpenSkills Academy will help you to match your needs to a broad range of free, funded and paid for courses from The Open University.
