Action for happiness

Action for Happiness is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. We want to see a fundamentally different way of life - where people care less about what they can get just for themselves and more about the happiness of others.

You can try Headspace for yourself and learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness with our free Basics course. If you enjoy it, then its time to subscribe. Once you do, you'll have bite-sized minis for when you're short on time, exercise to add extra mindfulness to your day and hundreds of meditations on everything from stress to sleep.
