In addition to economic dimensions, MIAG also analyses the numerous non-economic determinants of inclusive growth. A key issue is the ability of people to shape the terms on which the economy is structured and operates. For MIAG this concerns the ability of migrants to exercise voice in shaping laws and regulations relevant to their businesses and which could contribute to (more) inclusive growth (IG), as well as those voices of locals employed in migrant companies.
