Chief Superintendent at Hertfordshire Constabulary. Chairs the Centre partnership, including the Steering Group and the Membership Group of the 24 police agency partners.
Works closely with the Chair and leadership team to lead the Centre. Emma's research interests are around police professionalisation, police education, sexual violence and access to justice
Works closely with the Chair and as part of the Leadership team to lead the Centre. Research interests include partnership working, citizen co-production, innovation and resilience.
Senior Lecturer in Policing. Leads all the policing degrees work, including Police Constable Degree Apprenticeships and Degree Holder Entry Programme. Research interests are police professionalism and the role of police education with a focus on understanding how knowledge meets practice.
Works closely with the Chair and as part of the Leadership team to lead the Centre. Research interests are around evidence-based policing with a particular focus on police-academic collaborations, the translation and mobilisation of policing-relevant research into practice, as well as building the ‘what works’ evidence base in policing.
Senior Lecturer in Operations Management. Responsible for all non-accredited learning, and also the Postgraduate Certificate and PhDs. Research on demand management in policing and in health services.
Project Manager. Manages Centre projects and oversees the research project portfolio.
