Terms and conditions:

To get 20% off your renewal quote you will need to be a new customer and satisfy these conditions

• Copy of your current renewal quote in writing
• Available to owner occupied or rented unfurnished properties in UK (excluding Northern Ireland)
• Some postcode areas may be unacceptable (e.g. high subsidence area or on flood plains)
• Property should be standard construction i.e. non-combustible walls and roof covering
• No listed properties
• No history of subsidence
• No theft, flood or liability claims at current address
• Up to 2 claims in last 3 years and no claim with a payment in excess of £1,000
• Proposer must be over 27 with no unspent criminal convictions or police cautions
• Minimum premium is £125 plus tax, currently 12%
• If the sums insured exceed: Buildings £750,000, Contents £125,000 and personal possessions away from the home of £20,000 we will offer you a more suitable alternative policy but cannot guarantee the 20% discount
