Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The OU Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open for all Affiliated Clubs and Members of staff, both on campus at Walton Hall and our Nations, Manchester and Nottingham to attend.

Affiliated Club's are required to provide at least one representative, who shall be a member of that club, and who shall not represent any other club, at the AGM.

Anyone wishing to attend from the Nations, Manchester and Nottingham can do so via Teams. Please contact the OU Club for a Teams invitation.

If you wish to add an Agenda item please email OU-Club. A final Agenda will be published 14 days before the AGM
