The Open University is a leader in innovative digital strategies to support learning mathematics, both at the university scale and in designing classroom tasks.  Our team has investigated how learners reason about symmetry and other geometric principles while working with dynamic geometry software. We are interested in how dynamic images and animations facilitate learning of mathematical concepts.
