The property comprises fully refurbished offices of three Victorian terraces in the Edinburgh New Town. The New Town is a Conservation Area. The building is ‘B’ listed (of regional importance). The Open University in Scotland moved into the property on 5 April 1993.
Building access is currently restricted to the ground floor for people with accessibility considerations, there are future plans to improve access to all floors of the building.
There are no on-site designated accessible car parking spaces, but a space can be reserved with prior notice.
Unisex toilets with wheelchair access are on levels Ground, & 2.
An assistive listening system is permanently installed in the Reception and Meeting Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Braille signage is available.
Seating is available for rest purposes.
