The Manchester Centre is located immediately off J3a of M56. Construction of the office was completed in June 2001. The University moved to “The Approach” on Monday 20 August 2001.

It is currently occupied by the Student Recruitment and Support Centre (SRSC) Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Access (STEMA).

Building has access to all floors for people with accessibility considerations. Access is through the use of the fire evacuation lift. 

There are 140 on-site car parking spaces including 2 accessible parking spaces.

Robert Hooke car park - partial closure

To the rear of the Robert Hooke building parking will be unavailable within this area, as per the photo below, whilst work on the generator outbuilding is carried out from 9th September for at least 4 weeks.
