The Nottingham office is based just north of the City Centre in a three storey building on Clarendon Business Park. The University moved to the building on 15/16 May 1999.

It is occupied by the Student Recruitment and Support Centre (SRSC). Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies (WELS).

There are 97 car park spaces and 2 accessible parking spaces.
